Overview
You are individuals or groups of undergraduate student who want to conduct the research abroad for your final-year dissertations. VVS has designed the internship abroad for these student groups who want to conduct their study research in Vietnam. We can help you prepare a detailed research plan related to your idea or your academic tutor – and we sort out your practical requirements in the field, beforehand.

What the project says
- Our mission is to bring a meaningful program for youth all around the world in their internship time, particularly, bring an opportunity for students to experience a real environment related to the field of their study, challenge the task and study case in a new land, foreign country where they will work with new people.
- We aim to give an opportunity for participant for self-development, a transparent style, profession.
- We also promote respect of helping hand for local people in some way that students can help through giving their initiative idea from their research.
Itinerary
Day 1 : Arrive into Hanoi city (Noi Bai airport)
This will be the first day you come to Vietnam join in our project. VVS staff will pick you up from Noi Bai airport directly to the accommodation where it will be your home during the time you stay in Vietnam and work in our project. Then you will have the rest of the day, if this day still remaining in working time, we will have a short orientation at the Homestay for you for all needed procedure for your stay and get involved in the project.
Day 2
A short training about lesson preparation will be conducted to you, it’s some transportation policies and how to be safe in the trips. Then, you will have time to visit and say hello to local people, visit the field and staffs whom you will work with. The time for this will complete a day early and then you have time to discover something surrounding you.
From Day 3 to the end of duration (Working day only)
From Day 3, you will be working with full time support of Vietnamese staff members and will be involved in a variety of tasks that will be scheduled for you everyday.
Saturday & Sunday): This is the weekend and free time.
It will be a flexible time for you to choose travel somewhere in Vietnam or the place you want to go. From project site, it is very interesting for you to take a tour around and meet new people, do shopping.
In addition, if you want to go some beautiful place in Vietnam, VVS can also consult you somewhere you should go or the best services that will be set for you. You decide to spend your weekends, we’re sure you won’t be bored as Vietnam is a fascinating, beautiful country with so much to see and do.
Your Final day
Have a small farewell party to say goodbye to all your new friends, taken your final photos and packed your bag full of souvenirs you’ll travel back to the airport, or off for further adventures elsewhere. The return transfer from your accommodation to Noi Bai airport is not covered within your project fee, VVS will be able to make recommendations and help you arrange a transfer if you need them to.

What does the project do?
VVS run the project to bring an opportunity for students to conduct your dissertation research in Vietnam. Through this program, it not only help the students finish their research, but also they can achieve personal and career development. VVS work across a wide range of fields including business, education, health care, journalism, social work, and sustainable development and, through our unique consulting process, aim to match the right person to the right local organization, creating equal value for both.

Activities and schedule
The activities and schedule will be set by VVS or the inquiries, suggestion from the participants. The plan will be fixed before the trip . All of the activity plans will be sent and let participants know via email.

Accommodation
What type of accommodation will I be in?
You will share a room with one to three others in a beautiful home stay or guest house, hotel. Accommodation are well equipped and have modern amenities such are hot running water, showers and western style toilets. It depends on your budget for the accommodation, VVS staff will help you find the right place for you
Accommodation facilities
Restaurants are available nearby the guest house, then you can join in any meal as your inquiries. You should budget approximately $80 per week for food. In some days, the journey will take a whole day, then foods should be prepared beforehand and VVS staff will help you chose which is the best food or where we can buy it for our journeys. Taking part in the journey, it will get much energy from you, so you should make sure that food will suit you to have good health for the trip.
Things to bring from home
If you are travelling to the project between May and September, please ensure that you bring some short and cool clothes, and some warm clothes should be prepared for some cold night. Although the days are usually bright and sunny, nights and early mornings can get cold. Finally, don’t forget some books and other entertainment for relaxing in the evenings
